Our fresh-picked Scarlet Deep Water Crab is caught and hand-picked in New England, USA.
These crabs are steamed, picked, then super frozen and completely free of any preservatives or chemicals. Each brick contains well-picked and arranged layers of  meat from the legs, claws, and knuckles.
