This sunflower seed oil, made from cold-pressed, non-GMO Canadian sunflower seeds, is a versatile and sustainable all-purpose oil that beautifully highlights the yuzu. It is aromatic and complex enough for finishing, while still having the richness and high smoke point needed for a huge range of other cooking uses.
With bright, floral accents imparted by the yuzu, this oil can embellish a dish just as much on its own as would often be achieved with a combination of olive oil and freshly squeezed citrus.
